As the property manager and representative for the landlord, The Francis Domenigoni Family Trust,I would like this letter to serve as our authorization to proceed forward with the permitting of the PennySaver sign. We recognize that the proposed sign is not in compliance with our Sign Criteria Program; however, it is consistent with the balance of signs in the center.
