Dear Mike:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation last week, I am writing regarding the application for a new
sign to replace the Bargain Bulletin with PennySaver.
As the property manager and representative for the landlord, The Francis Domenigoni Family
Trust, I would like this letter to serve as our authorization to proceed forward with the permitting
of the PennySaver sign. We recognize that the proposed sign is not in compliance with our Sign
Criteria Program; however, it is consistent with the balance of signs in the center. It will be a
marked improvement over the existing Bargain Bulletin sign.

(A) Open faced channel letters fabricated from 24 G.A. electroplate galvanized
sheetmetal or equivalent.
(3) Letter style shall be of Broadmoor script bold with 2" min. stroke or in
accordance with the following:

with a 30 M.A. transformer with each tenant name.

All aforementioned signage must be approved by Broadmoor Pacific, lnc. with scaled
detailed set of blueprints and a color rendering, before obtaining sign permits from
the City of Temecula,

(1) The design of all signs shall conform to these guidelines. Only sign display approved
by Broadmoor Pacific, Inc. and the City of Temecula shall be installed.
*Notes All other non- conforming signs shall be removed immediately by Tenant.
In the event Tenant fails to remove non conforming slgnage, Tana t shall
be considered in default in accordance with Tenant's lease agreement.
