Internally illuminated "channelume letters with 3/16" translucent rigid acrylic faces. 2. Channelume" returns shall be white. 3. All letters shall be illuminated with 15mm white neon. 4. Maximum letter size is 24" (upper and lower case copy shall be allowed). 5. Option: Lessee shall be allowed one 24" x 24" logo module, prep same as letters. 6. All copy, color, signs, and designs subject to written landlord approval. 7. One square foot of signage per linear foot of building. B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Each Lessee shall submit or cause to be submitted to the Project Architect /Lessor for approval before fabrication at least two copies of detailed drawings indicating the location, size, layout, design, and color of the proposed signs, including all lettering and /or graphics. 2. All permits for signs and their installation required by the appropriate governmental agencies shall be obtained by the Lessee or Lessee's representative prior to installation. 3. Lessee shall be responsible for the fulfillment of all requirements and specifications. 4. All signs shall be constructed and installed at Lessee's expense. 5. No audible, flashing or animated signs will be permitted. 6. Lessee shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all signs. 7. Exact placement of signs will be determined by lease space and approved by the architect /Lessor. S. Lessee's sign contractor shall promptly repair any damage caused by his work. 9. Lessee shall be fully responsible for the operations of the tenant's sign contractor. 10. Electrical service to all signs will be connected to Lessee's meter, per sign outlet provided by Lessor. C. CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS 1. Letter fastening and clips shall be concealed and be of galvanized, stainless aluminum, brass, or bronze metals. INITIALS: 2, No labels will be permitted on the exposed surface of sign, except those required by local ordinance, which shall be placed in an inconspicuous location. 3. Lessees shall have identification signs designed in a manner compatible with and complimentary to adjacent and facing store fronts and the overall design concept of the center. 4. Design, layout, and materials for Lessee's signs shall conform in all respects with the sign design drawings included with this criteria. The maximum height for letters in the body shall be as indicated in these documents. 5. All exterior fetters or signs exposed to the weather shall be mounted at least one -half inch (Y, from the building wall to permit proper dirt and water drainage. MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS Except as provided herein, no advertising placards, banners, pennants, names, insignia, trademarks, or other descriptive material shall be affixed or maintained upon supports of the show windows and doors and glass panes, or upon the exterior walls of buildings without the prior written approval of the Lessor. E. GENERAL NOTES 1. Signs shall conform to dimensions and materials as described in Paragraph 'A' (General Specifications) herein. 2. All designs, color, and shop drawings must be submitted to Lessor for review and approval prior to construction. All work and material must be of excellent quality in every regard.
