PART .GENERAL.
SIGMA
1.01: PURPOSE:: The purpose of this criteria is to establish standards- necessary to insure
:=coordinated and; consistent signage`application among the various building tenants.
1.02 INTERIM STANDARD. As an interim measure while new sign standards are adopted,
existing tenants as of December 1, 1995, may elect to continue use of existing Main
Hanging Sign in lieu of new building- mounted Main Suite Sign until existing tenant
chooses to adopt, new standard. All new tenants subsequent to December 1, 1995,
shall conform to new sign standard criteria.
1.03 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
A. All design and installati n plans for all signage must be approved by Landlord prior to
agency approvals and installation.
B. Submit to GityPlanning to approve conformance with zoning for sign size and location.
G. Obtain necessary Building✓£ Safety permits for sign mounting and for any electrical
work associated with illuminated signs.
1.04 PERFORMANCE:: Shall be, strictly enforced and any non conforming signs shall be
strictly enforced and any non conforming signs shall be removed by tenant or their
sign contractor at their sole expense.
1.05 OBLIGATION; Tenants are not required to install either Main Suite Sign, Panel on
Building Monument Sign, or Front Door Lettering. However, when signage is installed,
it shall conform to all standards noted herein.

drawing. Border to be 3/4" with routed edge. Use 1/2" round bit, 1/2 inset.
