SIGN CRITERIA

1. The purpose of this sign criteria is to establish standards necessary to insure coordinated and consistent signage
application among the various building tenants.
2. All design and installation plans for all signage must be submitted to the City of Temecula Planning Department
for approval conformance with zoning and to obtain the necessary Building and Safety permits for sign
mounting.
3. Performance shall be strictly enforced and any nonconforming signs shall be removed by tenant or their sign
contractor at their sole expense.
4. The tenant shall pay for all signs and their installation, maintenance and permits.
5. The Landlord does not require that Tenant use any one sign company. However, Rancho Sign is very familiar with
this project and has available the letter style and colors required.
TENANT SIGN SPECIFLCATIONS
18" maximum on double stacked lines and a 24" maximum height
Logo maximum height of 36"
Unlit Channel Letters or similar, no cabinet signage allowed, except for logos
Apply letters directly to building facade with Liquid Nails only. No holes are allowed
on the building for any reason or purpose.
'A square foot per each lineal foot of frontage along the public right of way
SIGNAGE LOCATIONS
Sign placement is limited to those locations shown on the attached elevation exhibit A:
The sign area for suite 100 shall be any two of these three locations within the dashed area labeled 100 facing Rancho
Way and the two adjacent 40 square feet dashed areas labeled 100b diagonal facing the street corner and 100c facing
Diaz Road.
The sign areas for Suites 200 and 300 shall be located within the dashed areas noted.
