.ASTM 03017 procedures for determining in-place density and moisture content, respectively,
: using nuclear density gauge equipment. Test results are presented in the Appendix and the
; approximate test locations are shown on the site plan, also presented in the Appendix of this
report.
In-place density test results indicate a minimum of 90 percent relative compaction for subgrade
in the asphalt concrete areas of the driveway and trench backfill areas of the site, and 95
,percent relative compaction in the aggregate base and Portland Cement Concrete driveway
iareas. The native soils encountered on the site consisted of silty sands and sandy silts. Import
tearth materials consisted of sandy gravel aggregate base.
:Based on the observations and tests performed in the areas noted as test locations, the post
,grading operation has been completed in accordance with the Referenced No. 1 Updated
:Geotechnical Study and grading code of the City of Temecula California.
