PM 28741
STORM DRAIN MASTER PLAN
EXISTING CONDITIONS
PM 28471 was previously a part of PM 21383 which was partially constructed in 1990. The
property is adjacent to improvements constructed for PM 24085-2 and will connect to a
storm drain located in Wmchester Road and designated Line B in the Master Drainage Study
prepared for PM 28657 and on filed with the City ofTemecula.
LINE-B
Line-B begins at the northwesterly comer of future Tentative Parcel Map 28473
development and will connect to the existing portion of Line-B in Winchester Road,
constructed for PM 24085-2. PM 28471 development will extend existing Line-B from the
intersection of Winchester Road to the future Western By-pass Road.
