DISCUSSION
This hydrology study addresses hydrology eoneerns for Lot 33 of Pareel
Map No. 28471-1. The site is bounded on the northeast and southwest by vaeant lots.
The site is bounded by an existing eommereial site to the southeast. The site is
bounded by Zevo Drive on the northwest. Zevo Drive drains northeasterly at 4% grade.
The eontours on the site flows toward the north. There are 2-4 foot slopes running
between the lots on the northeast and southwest. There is a 10 foot slope adjaeent to
the southwesterly eorner of the site. There are no tributary flows to the site from
adjaeent lots other than the adjaeent slopes.
The storm will be eontained in a eonerete valley gutter or eurb and gutter until it
reaehes the northwesterly eorner of the site. The flow is eolleeted into a 3' eonerete
ehannel that .empties into a proposed underwalk drain. This study verifies the size of the
drain and ehannel.
