A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ENFORCEMENT OF STATE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the City of Temecula was incorporated on December 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the City, the County of Riverside will continue to
provide services through June 3, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Health & Safety Code Section 503 provides that when the City does not
otherwise provide for enforcement of state laws and regulations relating to public health, it
shall designate the Public Health Director of the County to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby designates the Public
Health Director of the County of Riverside to enforce all state laws and regulations relating
to public health within the boundaries of the City of Temecula.
