HomeMy WebLinkAbout071008 DH MinutesMINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DIRECTOR'S HEARING JULY 1D, 2008 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 1:35 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Planning Director Debbie Ubnoske presiding. Also present were, Deputy Director of Planning Patrick Richardson, Junior Planner Eric Jones and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia. Item No. 1: Planning Application Number PA08-0103 a request for a Second Extension of Time for a previously aogroved Tentative Parcel Mao (No 32158) to subdivide a 1.97 acre Darcel into two industrial lots totaling 0 98 and 0 99 acres general located off Winchester Road west of Jefferson Avenue and east of Via Industria at 27447 Bostic Court Planning Director opened the public hearing at 1:35 p.m. Junior Planner presented an overview of the project and staff recommendations. Planning application is a request for a second one-year Extension of Time for previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 32158. This map was designed to subdivide a 1.97 acre parcel into two industrial lots. The applicant has proposed no changes to the project. The proposed Extension of Time, as originally conditioned, remains consistent with the City's General Plan, Development Code, and all applicable Ordinances. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the project has been deemed categorically exempt from further environmental review per Section 15315, Class 15 Minor Land Divisions. Junior Planner stated that the applicant has read and agrees with the Conditions of Approval Planning Director asked the applicant's representative to state her name for the record and was she in agreement with the Conditions of Approval. Mariam Qadre, 42164 Remington Avenue, Temecula, stated that she was in agreement with the Conditions of Approval. No other persons were in attendance to speak in opposition or support of the project. Planning Director closed the public hearing and approved Planning Application No. PA08-0103 subject to the Conditions of Approval.
