Gentlemen:
Presented herein are the test results for the regarding of lots
13 through 22, inclusive, of Tract 21675-6, in the City of
Temecula, California.
•
Prior to regrading all debris and weeds were removed from the
lots. The lots were then scarified to a depth of approximately
12 inches and moisture conditioned to near optimum moisture.
• The scarified surface was then compacted to 90 percent or great-
er (per ASTM:D 1557-78), utilizing a rubber -tired loader.
The above mentioned lots meet or exceed the minimum compaction
r standard of the City of Temecula and are considered suitable for
their intended use.

The foundation recommendations as presented in the project
grading report for Tract 21675-6 (reference 1) remain
applicable.
This report presents information and data relative to the
regrading and placement of compacted fill for the subject site.
A representative(s) of this firm conducted periodic tests and
observations during the progress of the construction in an
effort to determine whether compliance with the project draw-
ings, specifications and Building Code were being obtained. The
presence of our personnel during the work process did not in-
volve any direction or supervision. Technical advice and sug-
gestions were provided to the owner and/or his representative
based upon the results of the tests and observations. Completed
work under the purview of this report is considered suitable for
the intended use.
