practices, as observed by this firm.

Compaction testing was conducted during the backfill operation on
June 28, 1990 through September 7, 1990. Test locations were
determined by lot numbers taken from the Sewer and Water Plan and
Profile prepared by Robert Bein, William Frost and Associates,
undated. For detailed information on locations and depths of tests
conducted by this firm, refer to Exhibit II and the Compaction Test
Report Site Plan.
