COMMISSION REPORTS
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of October 25, 2012 — Approved staff recommendation —(4-0-1) —
Commissioner Carter made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Cosentino
and a voice vote reflected approval with the exception of Commissioner Youmans
� who abstained.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of October 25, 2012.
2. School Area Traffic Circulation - Action Plan for Area 2 and Temecula Vallev
Hiqh School —Approved staff recommendation (5-0-0) — Commissioner Carter
made the motion; it was seconded by Commissioner Cosentino and a voice
vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Approve the action plans for each school site; and
2.2. Direct Staff to implement recommended solutions, where appropriate.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
3. School Area Traffic Safetv Workshop — Area 3, James Dav Middle School, Vail
Elementarv School, and Ysabel Barnett Elementarv School — received and filed the
report.
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Receive and file the report.
