CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 4:03 pm.

COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Old Town Trolley: The Steering Committee recommended not extending the
agreement with Brewen's Infinity Experiences for the provision of Old Town Trolley
Services.
2. Old Town Amplified Noise: The Steering Committee reaffirmed the City's current
regulations on live entertainment in Old Town and recommended exploring the update of
a market assessment study in Old Town to address issues such as special events,
circulation, parking, infrastructure, lighting, market demands, etc..
