GREAT OAK CONFERENCE ROOM 41000 MAIN STREET TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2014 4:00 PM CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 4:03 pm. ROLL CALL: Council Member Mike Nagger Council Member Ron Roberts Aaron Adams, City Manager Greg Butler, Assistant City Manager Armando G. Villa, Director of Community Development Stuart Fisk, Senior Planner Lynn Kelly-Lehner, Senior Management Analyst Christine Damko, Economic Development Analyst Dawn Adamiak, Recreation Supervisor PUBLIC COMMENTS Amy Brewen, Owner of Brewen's Infinity Experiences Craig Puma, Owner of the Bank and Third Street Smokehouse Corinna Coram, Old Town Temecula Association John Kelliher, Temecula Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau Michael Wagner, Temecula Wine and Beer Garden Melody Brunsting, Temecula Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau Kim Baily, Baily's COMMITTEE BUSINESS 1. Old Town Trolley: The Steering Committee recommended not extending the agreement with Brewen's Infinity Experiences for the provision of Old Town Trolley Services. 2. Old Town Amplified Noise: The Steering Committee reaffirmed the City's current regulations on live entertainment in Old Town and recommended exploring the update of a market assessment study in Old Town to address issues such as special events, circulation, parking, infrastructure, lighting, market demands, etc..
