COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Discussion of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) draft Annual Action
Plan and funding recommendations for Fiscal Year 2015 -16. Council Member Naggar
motioned, and Mayor Pro Tem Washington seconded, to move forward with staff's
recommendations to the City Council on CDBG on the items below, with one exception.
The Subcommittee did request additional information from staff on the design and
construction estimates for the Sam Hicks Park Playground Rehabilitation before moving
forward with a recommendation.
