ROLL CALL: Mayor Pro Tern Chuck Washington Council Member Mike Naggar Aaron Adams, City Manager Greg Butler, Assistant City Manager Armando Villa, Director of Community Development Tom Garcia, Director of Public Works Jennifer Hennessy, Director of Finance Kevin Hawkins, Director of Community Services Amer Attar, Principal Engineer Luke Watson, Senior Planner Dana Weaver, Associate Planner Lynn Kelly- Lehner, Senior Management Analyst PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments on items not on the agenda. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 1. Discussion of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) draft Annual Action Plan and funding recommendations for Fiscal Year 2015 -16. Council Member Naggar motioned, and Mayor Pro Tem Washington seconded, to move forward with staff's recommendations to the City Council on CDBG on the items below, with one exception. The Subcommittee did request additional information from staff on the design and construction estimates for the Sam Hicks Park Playground Rehabilitation before moving forward with a recommendation.
