A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF
TEMECULA ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AS SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT A
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following claims and demands as set forth in Exhibit A, on file in the
Office of the City Clerk, have been audited by the City Manager, and that the same are hereby
allowed in the amount of $5,411,538.17.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 14th day of July, 1998.
