STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS
Brainy Actz Statement of Operations
Below we will provide a basic overview of Brainy Actz Inc. Including a summary of day to day
operations as well as what the actual service is like for the customer.
Brainy Actz is what is commonly referred to as an Escape Room experience. A group of people,
anywhere from 2-10 people, are put in a room and given a task that they must complete within
one hour. The rooms will be various themes, from a Pirate Ship to a Jungle Safari and will be
filled with various puzzles and riddles that the group must work together in order to solve
before the hour expires. Brainy Actz is family friendly and avoids any themes or decorations
that could potentially be distressing or unsavory for clientele. This is an experience that is
designed to appeal everyone (we have had children as young as 6 and active adults up to their
and interact with their friends, family, colleagues, etc. It is a team building activity meant to get
people thinking creatively and problem solving; when customers complete our rooms, they feel
a true sense of accomplishment.
Day to day operations are simple. We offer two rooms; one which operates once every two
hours from Noon-10:00pm and another which operates from 12:20pm-10:20pm. Groups must

for 2 staff members and potentially two groups on site at once (usually a maximum of 8 cars
total). There is one staff member on hand for each room to greet, instruct, and assist groups
through their experience. Groups are usually on site for a total of an hour and fifteen minutes
to an hour and a half.
The customer experience is very straightforward. Reservations are made either through our
website or by calling or emailing us directly. Once they arrive, a host greets them and gives
them some basic rules and overview of what they will be doing (most people have never done
an Escape Room). They are then placed in the room and have one hour to accomplish their
goal; while in the room they are in contact with their host in case they need a hint or assistance
of any kind. After they successfully complete the room, or time expires, the host will offer any
input they request, usually wanting to know how to solve any clues they could not, and take a
group picture for them. This concludes their time and they are free to leave. We do also offer
catering and party options for which groups could reserve our lobby in order to eat or open
presents for birthday parties before or after their game.
