Speakers are limited to three minutes. If you desire to speak to the Committee about an item not on the agenda, a "Request to Speak" form may be filled out and filed with the staff liaison. When you are called to speak, please come forward and state your name for the record. For all other agenda items a "Request to Speak" form may be filed with the staff liaison prior to the Committee addressing that item. There is a five minute time limit for individual speakers.
