I hereby approve the final grading for the referenced project in accordance with my responsibilities
under Ordinance 457 of Riverside County. Grading has been completed in substantial conformance
with the approved grading plan(s) including: completion of required engineered or other drainage
devices and retaining walls, location of property corners for proper building locations, location and
elevation of building pads,location and elope ratio for all manufactured slopes and construction of
earthen berms and positive building pad drainage.
No significant field changes were made,and the original grading plan may be considered adequate
as an as-built grading plan.
This approval is based upon a survey completed on May 27, 2004.
