not complete or when corrections previously called for are not made.
OCCUPANCY: Buildings or structures shall not be used or occupied until the Building Official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy(or for residential
dwellings,the sign-off of the final inspection on the job card by the building inspector).

under Ordinance 457 or Riverside County. Grading has been completed in substantial conformance
with the approved grading plan(s)including: completion of required engineered or other drainage
devices and retaining walls, location of property corners for proper building locations,location and
elevation of building pads,location and slope ratio for all manufactured slopes and construction of
earthen berms and positive building pad drainage.
No significant field changes were made,and the original grading plan may be considered adequate
as an as-built grading plan.
