The Geotechnical Report of Rough Grading lots 18-45, Tract 23067-3, October28, 1999, shows that
an internal backdrain was installed in the buttress fill in the slope for lots 32 and 37 and subdrains
were installed in the primary drainage course through the center of tract 23067-3.
An as -built grading plan prepared by the civil engineer showing original ground surface elevations,
as -graded ground surface elevations, lot drainage patterns, and the locations and elevations of surface
drainage facilities and of the outlets of subsurface drains shall be submitted for review. Should you
