The proposed precise grading plans for the above project that were prepared by HUNSAKER
AND ASSOCIATES with copy of seal and signature of Mr. Paul Huddleston was reviewed.
The comment of plan review are as follow:
1. THE GROUND ADJACENT TO EXTERIOR WALL SHALL NOT BE STEEPER
THAN 21% . VERIFY THE REQUIREMENT OF DEEPENED FOOTINGS FOR THE
FOLLOWING LOTS:
,/LOT 19: East side yard swale, show the distance from the swale to exterior wall and
show the deepened footing as required.
LOT 19: JOG IN FIREPLACE FOOTING.
2. The terminus of the following swales appear to be lower than the elevation of the ground
in road right-of-way

The REVISED plans shall be signed and stamped by the Registered Civil Engineer.
4. Prior to obtaining the building permit the following are required:
A. Obtaining permit or BGR 010297
B. Submittal of soils and engineering geology reports of completed rough grading for
review and approval .
C. Civil engineer certification of completed grading and as -built grading plan.
D. Rough grading inspection and approval of rough grade inspection by the county.
If rough grade inspection is not performed by the county, you may schedule the
inspection after the completion of rough grade.
