The proposed precise grading for the above project that was prepared by HUNSAKER &
ASSOCIATES ans signed and stamped by Paul Huddleston was reviewed. The comment of
plan review are as follow:
INFORMATION: Building pads shall have a drainage gradient of 2 percent toward
approved drainage facilities.
Exception: The gradient from the building pad may be 1 percent if all of the
following conditions exist throughout the permit area:
A. No proposed fills are greater than 10 feet in maximum depth.
B. No proposed finish cut or fill slope faces have a vertical height in excess of 10
feet
C. No existing slope faces, which have a slope steeper that 10 horizontal to 1
vertical height in excess of 10 feet.
LOT 70: BACKYARD(2% MfNMUM).
2. Minimum slope gradient for the drainage swales shall be I%.
LOT 73: EAST SIDE YARD SWALE.
LOT 90: EAST SIDE YARD SWALE.
LOT 91: WEST SIDE YARD SWALE.
