The proposed precise grading plans for the above project that were prepared by HUNSAKER
AND ASSOCIATES with copy of seal and signature of Mr. Paul Huddleston was reviewed.
The comment of plan review are as follow:
1. THE GROUND ADJACENT TO EXTERIOR WALL SHALL NOT BE STEEPER
THAN 21% . VERIFY THE REQUIREMENT OF DEEPENED FOOTINGS FOR THE
FOLLOWING LOTS:
LOT 76: FOOTING ADJACENT TO WEST SIDE -YARD S WALE (0.5' may not be
deep enough).
2. The terminus of the following swales appear to be lower than the elevation of the ground
in road right-of-way
LOT 75: BOTH SWALES.
LOT 76: WEST SIDEYARD SWALE.
LOT 89: SHOW THE TC ON EAST OF DRIVEWAY.

The REVISED plans shall be signed and stamped by the Registered Civil Engineer.
4. Finish grade shall be sloped away from all exterior walls t not less than 1/2" per foot for a
minimum of 3'(4%.).
CORRECT THE TYPICAL DETAIL OF CASITA & OPT. GARAGE SWALE DETAIL.
Show the transition of the slopes along the road adjacent to driveways for the following
lots:
Lots 75 and 76.
6. Prior to obtaining the building permit the following are required:
A. Obtaining permit or BGR 000679
B. Submittal of soils and engineering geology reports of completed rough grading for
review and approval .
C. Civil engineer certification of completed grading and as -built grading plan.
D. Rough grading inspection and approval of rough grade inspection by the county.
If rough grade inspection is not performed by the county, you may schedule the
inspection after the completion of rough grade.
