A copy of the review sheet is included at the end of this response for your convenience. • Comment 044 — "Setback between graded slopes (steeper than 2 horizontal to 1 vertical and graded slopes higher than 30') and structures shall be determined by a slope stability analysis which shall provide adequate protection for the structure in case of slope failure. Comply at: Lots 49-56. <0457> " Response — The setback for Lots 49 through 56 shall be H/3 but not to exceed 40 feet maximum. The setbacks for the subject lots are listed below.
