Petra Geotechnical, Inc. (Petra) is providing this response to Riverside County
Planning Department's geotechnical review sheet dated October 25, 2000, for the
subject tract. Provided herein are the specific comments and point -by -point response
to each item. A copy of the review sheet is included at the end of this response for
your convenience.
• Comment 044 — "Setback between graded slopes (steeper than 2 horizontal to
1 vertical and graded slopes higher than 30') and structures shall be determined
by a slope stability analysis which shall provide adequate protection for the
structure in case of slope failure. Comply at: Lots 49-56. <0457> "
Response — The setback for Lots 49 through 56 shall be H/3 but not to exceed
40 feet maximum. The setbacks for the subject lots are listed below.
