REINSPECTION FEE: Reinspection fees maybe assessed when the permit card is not properly posted on the work site, the approved plans are not readily

the Building Official. A reinspection fee may be assessed for each inspection or reinspection when such portion of work for which inspection is called is
not complete or when corrections previously called for are not made.
OCCUPANCY: Buildings or structures shall not be used or occupied until the Building Official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy (or for residential
dwellings, the sign -off o gthe final inspection on the job card by the building inspector).
