3. Slope away from exterior wall to adjacent swale shall not be more than 20 % verify the required
deepened footing for following lots:

4. Finished grade shall be sloped away from all exterior walls at not less 1/2" per foot for a minimum of
3 feet. The drainage slope gradient shall not be less than 2% for area beyond 3'toward swale. Correct
the distance of high point from exterior wall as necessary.
