The site is protected from off-site storm runoff by Tract No. 15730 subdivision street and storm drain system. See Exhibit "A" for drainage boundary and estimated 10/100 -year storm runoff. HYDROLOGY The developments will not change existing drainage patterns and will only increase the existing 100 -year storm from 7.6 cfs to 12.2 cfs. EXISTING DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS There is an existing 30 -inch storm drain outlet that discharges approximately 83 cfs during the 100 -year storm at the northwesterly corner of the property. The existing 30 -inch storm drains has an energy dissipator that reduces flow prior to out letting into an earthen channel located along the westerly boundary of the subject property. PROPOSED DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS The developed storm runoff will be discharged into a proposed 30 -inch storm drain that will connect to the existing 30 -inch storm drain described above. The extended 30 -inch storm drain will outlet at the southwesterly property corner into the existing earthen channel. The proposed storm drain outlet will include an impact energy dissipator similar to the existing upstream dissipator to mitigate any possible erosion to the existing earthen channel.
