TEMECULA APPROVING PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA16-1550, A
MODIFICATION TO A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
AN APPROXIMATELY 11,126 SQUARE FOOT PARKING DECK LOCATED AT
43500 RIDGE PARK DRIVE, AND MAKING A FINDING OF EXEMPTION
UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) (APN'S
940-310-030, 940-310-031)

allow Costco to redesign site access, re-stripe/add parking spaces add five fuel dispensers
expand the fuel station canopy, add diesel to all existing stalls and improve overall site
