COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT FINANCING AUTHORITY
HELD JANUARY 14, 1997
A regular meeting of the Old Town Westside Community Facilities District Financing Authority
was called to order at 7:46 P.M. at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive,
Temecula, California. Chairperson Karel F. Lindemans presiding.
PRESENT: 5 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Ford, Roberts, Stone, Lindemans
ABSENT: 0 BOARD MEMBERS: None
Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, City Attorney Peter Thorson and
Authority Secretary June S. Greek.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None given.
FINANCING AUTHORITY BUSINESS
1 Minutes
It was moved by Board Member Stone, seconded by Board Member Birdsall to
approve Consent Calendar Item No. 1 as follows:

Approve the minutes of the meeting of December 10, 1996.
Approve the minutes of the meeting of December 17, 1996.
The motion was unanimously carried, with Board Members Birdsall and Roberts
abstaining on Item 1.1.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Board Member Stone, seconded by Board Member Roberts to adjourn at
7:46 PM to a meeting on January 28, 1997, 7:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 43200
Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. The motion was unanimously carried
