MAY 18, 2000
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday, May 18,
2000 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula,
California. Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske presiding.
Also present were Project Planner, John DeGange, Senior Engineer, Jerry Alegria, and Minute Clerk,
Valerie Wimberly.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at 1:36
P.M. There was no one present to speak.
I. Planning Application No. PA99-0374 (Tentative Parcel Map)
Project Planner, John DeGange presented the staff report for PA99-0374 (Tentative Parcel Map
No. 29407) - To subdivide 6.02 acres into one common parcel (consisting of all parking areas,
drive aisles and landscaped areas) and 15 individual postage stamp lots within the Business Park
(BP) zone.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske opened the public hearing at 1:39 P.M.
Applicant, Brian Fronk, 2615 Orange Ave, Santa Ana, CA has read and is in agreement with the
Conditions of Approval.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske closed the public hearing at 1:41 p.m.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske approved Planning Application PA99-0374 subject to the attached
Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:43 P.M.
