APRIL 20, 2000
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday, April 20,
2000 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula,
California. Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske presiding.
Also present were Project Planner Thomas Thornsley, and Minute Clerk Theresa Alvarez.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at 1:30
pm. There were no requests to speak.
1. Plannin~ Application No. PA00-0013 (Tentative Parcel Map)
Project Planner, Thomas Thornsley presented the staff report for Planning Application PA00-0013
(Tentative Parcel Map) - The subdividing of 13.4 acres into two parcels related to an apartment
project and the remaining unused portion of the site.
Applicant, Henry Wang, 4220 Von Karman Ave Second Floor, Newport Beach, CA., 92660 is in
agreement with thc Conditions of Approval.
Planning Manager, Debbic Ubnoske closed the public hearing at 1:35 pm.
Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske approved Planning Application PA00-0013 (Tentative Parcel Map)
subject to the attached Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:40 P.M.
