HomeMy WebLinkAbout030900 DH MinutesMINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA PLANNING DIRECTOR MARCH 9, 2000 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday, March 9, 2000 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske presiding. Also present were Associate Planner Carole Donahoe and Minute Clerk Theresa Alvarez. Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at 1:30 pm. There were no requests to speak. 1. Planning Application No. PA99-0505 (Development Plan for Product Review) Associate Planner, Carole Donahoe presented the staff report for Planning Application PA99-0505 (Development Plan for Product Review) - Product review for 104 single family homes on 27.46 acres utilizing three floor plans, one single story and 2 two-story models in Tract 24185. Located westerly side of Butterfield State Road, north of De Portola Road (Paloma Del Sol Specific Plan). Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske opened the public hearing at 1:33 pm. No one was present to speak in favor or opposition of Planning Application PA99-0505. Applicant Bill Tri-mark Pacific Homes, 613 West Valley Parkway, Suite 270, West Covina CA, concurred with the Conditions of Approval. Planning Manger, Debbie Ubnoske closed the public hearing at 1:37 pm. Planning M~nger, Debbie Ubnoske approved PA99-0505 subject to the Conditions of Approval with one amendment to condition #6 wherein it refers to a plotting plan indicating those lots that will receive special enhancements. The lots are as follows 1-22, 34-60, 69-79, and 103-104. 2. Planning Application No. PA00-0175 (Tentative Parcel Map) Planning Manager, Debbie Ubnoske continued the item until the March 23~ meeting at the request of the applicant.
