MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
PLANNING DIRECTOR
DECEMBER 2, 1999
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
December 2,1999 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding.
Also present were Project Planner John DeGange, Senior Engineer Jerry Alegria and Minute Clerk
Cathy Davis.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at 1:33
PM. There were no requests to speak.
1. Planning Application No. PA98-0409 (Development Plan)
Project Planner John DeGange presented the staff report for the design, construction and
operation of an 8,049 square foot equipment rental business/building located on the south
side of Winchester Road, approximately 1650 feet west of Diaz Road.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public heating at 1:35 PM. No request to speak items.
Applicant Scott Baron, Davcon, 42346 Rio Nedo, Temecula, California, concurred with the
Conditions of Approval.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public hearing at 1:36 PM.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the exemption for Planning Application No. PA98-0409
(Development Plan) and approved the project subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:37 P.M.
