PLANNING DIRECTOR
NOVEMBER 18, 1999
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
November 18,1999 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding.
Also present were Associate Planner Denice Thomas, Senior Engineer Jerry Alegria and Minute
Clerk Cathy Davis.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at
1:31 PM. There were no requests to speak.
1. Planning Application No. PA99-0348 (Tentative Parcel Man 29470)
Associate Planner Denice Thomas presented the staff report for Planning Application
PA99-0348 (Tentative Parcel Map 29470) to subdivide 3.87 vacant acres into three parcels
zoned for commercial development within Planning Area Four of the Campos Verdes
Specific Plan located southeasterly of the intersection of Margarita and Winchester Roads.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public heating at 1:34 PM. There were no requests to
speak.
Applicant Mike Tylman, RBF and Associates, 27555 Ynez Road, Temecula, CA 92591,
concurred with the Conditions of Approval.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public heating at 1:35 PM.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the exemption for Planning Application No. PA99-0348
(Tentative Parcel Map 29470) and approved the project subject to the Findings and Conditions of
Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:36 P.M.
