AUGUST 5, 1999
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
August 5,1999 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding.
Also present were Development Processing Coordinator Knute Noland and Minute Clerk Cathy
Davis.
1. Planning Application No. PA99-0294 (Minor Conditional Use Permi0
Development Processing Coordinator Knute Noland presented the staff report for Planning
Application PA99-0294 (Minor Conditional Use Permit) to operate a micro-brewery and
restaurant in an existing building located at 41915 Third Street (Ol.d Town) on the
southwest corner of Third and Mercedes Street.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing at 1:50 PM. There were no requests to
speak.
Applicant Ned Montgomery, 40291 Tanger Circle, Temecula, CA 92591 concurred with the
Conditions of Approval.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public hearing at 1:52 PM.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the Exemption for Planning Application No. PA99-0294
(Minor Conditional Use Permit) and approved the project subject to the Findings and Conditions
of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:53 PM.

A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
July 29,1999 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding.
Also present were Project Planner Thomas Thornsley and Minute Clerk Cathy X)avis.
1. Planning Application No. PA99-0031 (Development Plan)
Project Planner Thomas Thornsley presented the staff report for Planning Application
PA99-0031 (Development Plan) for the design and construction of a 6,867 square foot
commercial building on a 30,056 square foot lot for a veterinarian clinic and additional
retail/office space located on the east side of Winchester Road, south of Nicolas Road.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing at 1:33 PM. There were no requests to
speak.
Applicant Larry Markham, Markham and Associates, 41750 Winchester Road, Suite N,
Temecula, CA 92590 concurred with the Conditions of Approval.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public hearing at 1:35 PM.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the Exemption for Planning Application No. PA99-0031
(Development Plan) and approved the project subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:36 PM.
