PLANNING DIRECTOR
APRIL 8, 1999
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
April 8,1999 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive; Temecula, California. Planning Manager Debbie Ubnoske presiding.
Also present were Assistant Planner Patty Anders, Assistant Engineer Annie Bostre-Le and Minute
Clerk Cathy Davis.
1. Planning Application No. PA99-0067 (Tentative PM 29175)
Assistant Planner Patty Anders presented the staff report for Planning Application PA99-
0067 (Tentative PM 29175) for the subdivision of 21.56 acres into two (2) parcels located
on the northeast comer of Margarita Road and North General Kearny Road (south of
Winchester Road).
Planning Manager Debbie Ubnoske opened the public heating at 1:43 PM. There were no requests
to speak.
Condition No. 70 was revised to read as follows: "Approval of the median opening configuration
on Margarita Road to allow a left turn into the project site shall not be construed as a guaranteed
right of access. The City reserves the rights to close the proposed median opening if the
application of generally accepted traffic engineering standards demonstrate unsafe conditions and
warrants the median closure. Subsequently, the Owner/Developer shall incur all associated design
and construction costs for the median closure including the extension of the left mm pocket at
Campos Verdes Lane."
Applicant Mike Tylman, RBF, 27555 Ynez Road, Temecula, California concurred with the
revisied Conditions of Approval.
Planning Manager Debbie Ubnoske closed the public heating at 1:51 PM.
Planning Manager Debbie Ubnoske adopted the Exemption pursuant to the California
.Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15313 for Planning Application No. PA99-
0067 and approved the project subject to the Findings and revised Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:53 P.M.
