PLANNING DIRECTOR
NOVEMBER 23, 1998
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Monday,
November 23, 1998 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding.
Also present were Project Planner Carole Donahoe and Minute Clerk Valerie Wimberly.
1. Planning Application No. PA98-0425 (Product Review)
Project Planner Carole Donahoe presented the staff report to construct 112 single family
residential lots with three (3) different floorplans with Tract Map No.s 23371-9, 23371-10
and 23371-11 and known as the "Northwind" subdivision within Temeku.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing at 1:31PM.
Scott McFerran was present from McMillian and is in concurrence with the conditions of approval.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public hearing at l:32PM.
Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the Categorical Exemption for Planning Application No.
PA98-0425 (Product Review) and approved the project subject to the Findings and Conditions of
Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:33 P.M.
