HomeMy WebLinkAbout110598 DH MinutesMINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA PLANNING DIRECTOR NOVEMBER 5, 1998 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday, November 5, 1998 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan presiding. Also present were Project Planner Thomas Thornsley and Minute Clerk Cathy Davis. 1. Planning Application No. PA98-0336 (Minor Conditional Use Permit) Project Planner Thomas Thornsley presented the staff report for PA98-0336 (Minor Conditional Use Permit) to add 13 mobile home sites in two locations to the Heritage Mobile Home Park located 31130 South General Kearney Road. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan opened the public hearing at 1:45 PM. Csaba Ko, 41621 Avenida Barca, Temecula had some concerns regarding this project. He expressed concern regarding drainage and offsite grading. Representing McMillian, he warned to clarify that McMillian reserves the right to chose what type of fence is put between Temeku Hills and the project location. He also wanted to have a disclosure to buyers of the mobile homes that there homes could be potentially dinged with golf balls. Condition No. 6 will be deleted. The following conditions will be added: Disclosure to potential buyer Public Works is requiring applicant to improve South General Kearney Road to collector road standards. All easements and/or right-of-way dedications shall be offered for dedication to the public or other appropriate agency. Applicant Mike Murphy, Vedder Park Management, 15181 Van Buren Blvd, Sp. 222, Riverside, CA 92404, concurred with the Conditions of Approval. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan closed the public hearing at 2:05 PM. Senior Planner Matthew Fagan adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration for Planning Application No. PA98-0336 (Minor Conditional Use Permit) and approved the project subject to the Findings and the modified Conditions of Approval. The meeting was adjourned at 2:07 P.M.
