HomeMy WebLinkAbout100997 DH MinutesMINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA PLANNING DIRECTOR OCTOBER 9, 1997 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday, October 9, 1997 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Dave Hogan presiding. Also present were Project Planner Carole Donahoe, Assistant Planner Patty Anders, Assistant Engineer Gerry Alegria and Minute Clerk Valerie Wimberly. Planning Application No. PA97-0246 (Tentative Parcel Map No. 28007) and PA97-0247 (Certificate of Compliance) Project Planner Carole Donahoe presented the staff report for a request to subdivide approximately 2.06 net acres into two (2) commercial lots, south of Winchester Road, north of Enterprise Circle South, west of Jefferson and east of Diaz Road. Planning Application No. PA97-0247 (Waiver of Final Parcel Map No. 28007) is a request that the Planning Director waive the recordation of a final map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 28007 and issue a Certificate of Compliance. John Johnson, Markham and Associates, 41750 Winchester Road, Suite L, representing the applicant Don Coop, concurred with the Conditions of Approval. · Senior Planner Dave Hogan opened the public hearing at 1:33. Senior Planner Dave Hogan approved Planning Application No. PA97-0246 '(Tentative Parcel Map No. 28007) adopted the Categorical Exemption and waived the recordatiofi:'of the final map, based upon the findings and Conditions of Approval. i Planning Application No. PA97-0286 (Tentative Parcel Map) and PA97:0288 (Certificate of Compliance Assistant Planner Patty Anders presented the staff report for a request to subdivide approximately 5.33 net acres into two (2) commercial lots, west of Commerce Center Drive and northwest of Via Montezuma. Planning Application No. PA~7-0288 (Waiver of Final Parcel Map No. 28618) is a request that the Planning Director issue a Certificate of Compliance and waive the recordation of a final map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 28618. lohn Johnson, Markham and Associates, 41750 Winchester Road, Suite L, representing the applicant Rancon Realty Fund I, concurred with the Conditions of Approval. Senior Planner Dave Hogan approved Planning Application No. PA97-0246 (Tentative Parcel Map No. 28618), adopted the Categorical Exemption, waived the recordation of the final map, and issued the Certificate of Compliance for Parcel Map No. 28618 based upon the findings and Conditions of Approval.
