JULY 17, 1997
A regular meeting of the C'ity of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
July 17, 1997 at 1:35 PM, at the City of Temeeula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner Dave Hogan presiding.
Also present were Project Planner John DeGange and Minute Clerk Kelli Beal.
1. planning Application No. PA97-0124 (Development Plan)
Project Planner John DeGange presented the staff report for a 4,500 square foot retail
building shell on a .49 acre site located on the north side of Winchester Road, west of
Margarita Road, in the Costco Commercial Center.
Senior Planner Dave Hogan opened the public hearing at 1:40.
The applicant Jack Stouse, J.G. Stouse Constructors, 41661 Enterprise Circle North,
Temeeula, CA concurred with the Conditions of Approval.
Senior Planner Dave Hogan adopted the Negative Declaration and approved Planning Application
No. PA97-0124 (Development Plan) subject to the Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 P.M.
