A RESOLUTION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TEMECULA ACCEPTING A GRANT AN EASEMENT
FOR STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE
FIRST STREET BRIDGE
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The legal description for the easement is set forth and depicted in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Temecula grants to the City of Temecula an easement for the construction and maintenance of
storm drain improvements for the First Street Bridge. The grant of easement and the scope
thereof, shall be as set forth on the attached Easement Deed - Drainage Purposes and the
exhibits thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Temecula at a regular meeting held on the 27~' day of July 1999.

purposes, including the construction and maimenance over, upon, across, and within real property in the City of Temecula,
