Tcpccrachy across the site is essentially flat with a surface gradient to the west at less than 5%. The Elsinore Fault zone passes through the easterly portion of the subject property, trrrding in a north, scut: direr icn. Center ImDort Phase / Project Number:1076-C-84 Page 2 3.2 The import grading operation was performed by Ron E. varela t�ireugn the use of 20 dunm tracks, two 824 rubber tired dozers with one sheepsfoot camacting drum, one 16G grader, four 988 loaders, one 460 sheepsfoct c=pactcr, one D8 track mounted dozer, and tire-- water trucks. 3.3 The grading operation ccnsisted of importing fill reterial from an adjacent site to elevate the proposed pads up to 12.5 Feet. 3.4 A11 fill slopes were keyed and benched. Delete_ricus and orcaric material was reTcved and buried a minim= of two feet belcw finish grade in the fault zone (approver •waste area) . Subsoils to receive fill were scrrifier a minim= of 6 i_^c::es below the e- --csed sur-face, moisture ccr.diticned and ran=r-actad to a minim= of 90 percent of the relative maxi.-r= densi t r potential, in accordance with Riverside County Standard 457.
