MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING

DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
August 2, 2001
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Plan ring was called to order on Thursday,
August 2, 2001 at 1 :30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main <I:onference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner, Don Hazen presiding.
Also present was Minute Clerk, Lesa Riddle.
Senior Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at r :32 PM.
Plannina Application No. PA01-0258 Product Review for three model home plans for
construction on lots 1 to 85 lots within Tract 28482 within the Terneku Hills residential
development. I
Project Planner, Michael McCoy presented the staff report. Michael McCoy recognized
that the roof designs had been changed and furthJr enhancement of the side elevations
were made on the corner lots.
Senior Planner, Don Hazen opened the public hearing at 1 :36 PM.
Mr. Scott McFarren, McMillin Company, National City, California, representative for the
Applicant had reviewed and agreed to the conditions of approval

Senior Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1 :38 PM.
Senior Planner Don Hazen approved Planning APPlicatidn PA01-0247 subject to the findings
and the Conditions of Approval as drafted. I
Seeing no other items on the agenda, the meeting was adjpurned at 1 :39PM.
