RESOLUTION NO. 95-15 A RESOLUTION OF Tile CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA AMENDING Tile FISCAL YEAR 1994-95 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET WHEREAS, each year a mid-year review is conducted of City operating budgets. WHEREAS, the purpose of this review is to conduct an analysis of revenues and expenditures to ensure that the City maintains a prudent and healthy fiscal position. WHEREAS, the mid-year review has been completed and the recommended adjustments are reflected in Schedules A through C of the City's General Fund; Gas Tax Fund; Internal Service Funds; and Special Revenue Funds. The City Council of the City of Temecula does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. That the Fiscal Year 1994-95 General Fund Annual Operating Budget is hereby amended in accordance with Schedules A through C. Section 2. That the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Gas Tax Fund Annual Operating Budget is hereby amended in accordance with Schedt~les A through C. Section 3. That the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Internal Service Funds Budgets are hereby amended in accordance with Schedules A through C. Section 4. That the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Special Revenue Funds Budgets are hereby amended in accordance with Schedules A through C. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 1995.
