Minutes April 10,3995
Members present: W. Harker, R. Morris, R. Lord and L. Markham.
OTTMA representative present: Janet Rock.
City Staff present: C. Ruiz, J. Meyer.
Meeting called to order at 9:05 AM by R. Morris.
1. Public discussion-none.
2. Minutes of March 13, 1995 meeting approved Lord/Harker/unanimous.
L. Markham arived at 9:10 AM and assumed the chair from R. Morris.
3. New Business
a. Planner Craig Ruiz presented a summary of City Projects within/affecting
Old Town. Copy attached as addendum A.
4. Old Business-none.
5. Staff approvals
a. New fence at 28699 Front St.(Poole property nw corner 2nd St)
6. Board discussion.
a. R. Lord requested status Specific Plan revision. On hold.
b. L. Markham presented newspaper article on Historic Traffic signals-re;
Front and Main Streets.
7. No Walk through Old Town.
