1. PUBLIC DISCUSSION (3 minute limit per speaker)

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR:

Museum Elevations and Materials, Conceptually Approved 4-0 with the following
comments and corrections:
(1) Roof material is acceptable; however, leaks are a concern.
(2) Flashing should be matching material with the roof material.
(3) Corrugated mini-v-beam roofing (color: weathered copper) should
be used, manufactured by BI-IP Building Products.
(4) Rough trowel finished stucco should be used.
(5) All windows should be wood pane except the top floor that should
be wood with no pane.
(6) Front doors should be wood with glass or without.
(7) Dark stain is recommended or paint if the Specific Plan allows it.
(8) The glass beside the front door is acceptable.
(9) All glass blocks should be eliminated.
(10) Utility doors should be wood and fire rated if required by building
and fire codes if the Specific Plan does not permit metal doors.
(11) Colors for windows and doors should be consistent.
(12) All brick should be eliminated.
(13) Entrance need to be wood header and post with plaster.
(14) Continue the granite on coloms and eliminate from the base of the
building next to the utility doors.
(15) Plans should be redrawn for final approval.

b. Direc~i staff to check if application expired for Penfold's Knots Garage on Front
between 4th an 5th.
c. The lights on Sam Hicks Park and Senior Center need to be examined.
