BACKGROUND: Each year, the TCSD presents the proposed CIP projects to the Community Services Commission for their review and informational purposes. Below is a list of the CIP projects tentatively identified for construction funding or design funding for FY2018/19 and beyond. FISCAL IMPACT: The funding for these projects comes from a variety of sources including Development Impact Fees, Quimby Fees, Community Development Block Grant Funding, and Measure S revenue. These projects are part of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2019-23 CIP, which will be brought to City Council for approval along with the Proposed Fiscal Year 2018- 19 Annual Operating Budget on June 12, 2018.
